Thank you for trusting us with your order. We recognize that sometimes an order needs to be returned.
Unopened, damaged, or defective products may be returned for a refund if returned within 30 days of purchase. Unless there was an error in your shipment or the item is defective, you will be responsible for the shipping costs related to a return. In the event of a defective product or shipment error, please contact us by e-mail at email@example.com. If products are sent outside of the 30-day window, we may send it back or issue a gift card for the cost of the product returned.
Returns must be shipped with a completed Return Merchandise Authorization form.
Shipping Your Return
When preparing your product for return to Black X Gear, please:
--Be sure that your item includes the original tags and/or packaging. Products with damaged packaging may not be refunded. Contact us with any questions.
--Use the package the item came in or a similar package.
--Use UPS or FedEx so that you can have tracking information about your shipment. If you use USPS, please use priority mail with delivery confirmation.

Product Damaged in Transit
Black X Gear is not responsible for damage caused by the package carrier. Damaged products during shipping must be claimed with the package carrier. If any items or boxes are missing or damaged, you must contact the carrier. If you notice damage after the carrier has left, keep all packaging and call the carrier to return and inspect the damage.
Please notify us immediately by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org to cancel or update an order. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and the return policy will need to be followed.
